摘　　要：介绍了炼厂在消灭火炬过程中,如何通过技术和管理手段,围绕消灭火炬过程中遇到的突出问题和难点,优化火炬气回收操作和提升瓦斯系统调整监控手段,达到了消灭火炬,合理利用能源和提高企业经济效益与社会效益的双重目的,有效提高了企业竞争力。How to use technology and management methods to solve problems and difficulties encountered in the process of refinery flare elimination was introduced as well as optimization of flare gas recovery and improving the gas system monitoring means to realize rational utilization of energy and improve the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit.
