摘  要:化妆品中的铅是有毒重金属元素之一,当人体内摄入过量铅后,会对血液循环、神经、消化和泌尿系统产生毒性效应,甚至出现智力下降。因此,化妆品中铅含量的测定非常重要。采用原子吸收分光光度计测定铅含量方便快捷,但是受一些检测条件制约。使用北京普析通用TAS-990型号原子吸收分光光度计,针对化妆品中铅含量测定条件进行了探讨。经试验分析验证,元素灯选择波长283.3 nm,工作电流确定2 m A,燃烧器高度选择5 mm,谱带宽选择0.4 nm为最适宜工作条件。Lead is one of toxic heavy metals in cosmetics. When the human body takes excessive amount of lead, it will cause toxic effect to blood circulation, nervous, digestive and urinary system, even mental decline. Therefore, determination of lead in cosmetics is very important. The atomic absorption spectrophotometer is convenient for determining lead content, but its application is also constrained by a number of test conditions. In this paper, Beijing Purkinje General TAS-990 type atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the lead content in cosmetics, suitable experimental conditions were obtained as follows: wavelength 283.3 nm for elements lamps, the operating current 2 mA, burner height 5 mm, spectral bandwidth 0.4 nm.
