摘　　要：宗教外交自古以来就是中国开展亚非合作重要的外交形态之一。郑和包容性的宗教外交,不仅开辟了明朝与30多个亚非国家友好往来的先河,还在促成"丝绸之路"这一公共产品应运而生并远播世界的实践中发挥了特殊而重要的作用。周恩来人民外交中的宗教交流,不仅在万隆会议上成为中埃、中沙建交的"开路先锋",还在形成与弘扬"万隆精神"方面一直扮演着不可或缺的角色。当下,中国应重视实施"一带一路"与亚非战略合作中的宗教人文风险,在"命运共同体"意识构建中进一步发挥宗教认同的特殊作用,在人文交流合作中进一步发掘宗教资源的比较优势,在人文交流机制的创新性建设中进一步完善宗教对话机制等,力争使"宗教因素"在丝路亚非战略合作中成为助力而非阻力,借以提高中国的全球治理能力。Religious diplomacy of China is one of the most important diplomatic forms in Asian -African cooperation since ancient times. Zhenghe＇ s diplomacy in an inclusive way developed the friendship with around 30 Asian and African countries in Ming Dynasty, and also played an important role in making ＂Silk Road＂ as public goods and in practice. Religious diplomacy in People -to -people Diplomacy of Zhou Enlai facilitated the establishments of diplomatic relations between China and Egypt as well as between China and Saudi Arabia, and played an inevitable role in shaping and spreading Bandung Spirit. China has got great achievements in religious communications with Asian and African countries, and also has accumulated valuable experience. Now China should pay emphasis to religious -humanistic risk in ＂One Belt One Road＂ Strategy and Asian- African Cooperation, make religious identity play its role in shaping a community of common destiny, and try to explore the comparative advantages of religious resources in humanistic exchanges and cooperation, to improve inter- religions dialogue mechanism in innovations of humanistic exchanges, and make religion factors become positive factors in building Asian- African strategic partnership along Silk Road in order to enhance China＇s capacity of global governance.
