林农合作组织生产技术效率研究——以福建省三明市为例

摘　　要：文章以福建省三明市为实例,结合2014年该市415个林业样本调研数据,利用数据包络分析方法(DEA)CCR模型测算了该市林农合作组织生产技术效率,研究发现,该市林农合作组织整体生产技术效率较高,但仍有提升空间;林业生产规模效应递增显著,可以通过适度规模经营,提高生产技术效率;结合投入变量冗余,也可以通过适度降低生产总支出、提高劳动力投入、增加林地供给等方式,提高生产技术效率。通过Tobit回归分析发现,教育程度、经营模式、主要树种林龄三个要素对该市生产技术效率具有较强正影响,可以通过加强教育培训、经营模式由单户经营向联户、股份合作、集体经营过渡、因地制宜选种树龄较长树种等措施提升当地林业生产技术效率。Combined with the 415 forest research data of Sanming District in Fujian Province ,this paper analy‐zes the production efficiency of forest farmers’ cooperative organizations using the CCR Model of DEA .The re‐sults found that the production efficiency of forest farmers in this area is comparatively high ,but there is still large development space ;the production increasing scale effect is significant ,and the production efficiency can be promoted with appropriate production scale .Combined with input surplus ,reducing the aggregate expendi‐ture ,increasing the labor input ,and increasing the forestry field supply could promote the production efficien‐cy .Tobit Regression analysis found that the education level ,the mode of management and the age of forest have positive effects on the production efficiency .It is concluded that the forestry production efficiency can be promoted by strengthening educational training ,transiting the management mode from a single family to part‐nerships ,joint‐stock cooperative and collective one ,and growing elder trees .
