摘  要:本文针对目前市场上出现的一种新型铅锑稀土合金,从合金的成分、耐腐蚀性,电池初期性能及循环使用寿命等方面进行了研究。试验结果表明:该合金具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,对电池初期性能也不会带来明显的影响,但在循环使用过程中,会使电池失水严重,从而造成使用寿命缩短。This paper mainly discussed a lead-antimony-rare earth alloy which was used as the grid material of lead-acid batteries. The chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the leadantimony-rare earth alloy, and initial performance and cycle life of lead-acid batteries with the leadantimony-rare earth alloy were studied. The experimental results showed that the alloy had a good corrosion resistance, and didn't impact the initial performance of the battery. However, it would lead to a shortened service life of lead-acid batteries because of severe water loss.
