摘 要:木质素是负极最重要的有机膨胀剂之一。不同类型、不同添加量的木质素对负极低温高倍率放电性能、充电接受能力以及在部分荷电状态下的高倍率循环寿命有着显著性影响。本文以行业内三种主流的木质素作为研究对象,采用粒径分布测试、红外光谱测试等测试技术对木质素的理化性质进行了初步表征,并对不同类型、不同添加量木质素对负极活性物质利用率、-18℃低温高倍率放电性能以及部分荷电状态高倍率循环寿命的影响趋势进行了详细研究。Lignin was one of the most important organic expanders of negative electrode of AGM VRLA battery. Different type and different content of lignin which was added into NAM had a significant impact on high rate discharge performance under low temperature, charge acceptance and high rate cycle life at part of the state of charge. Three kinds of mainstream and industrialized lignin were selected as the research object in this paper and its chemical and physical structure were characterized by using the particle size distribution tests and infrared spectroscopy. The impact different lignin with different content on NAM discharge performance at high rate under low temperature, dynamic charge acceptance at different state of charge, high rate cycle life at partial state of charge were investigated.
