摘  要:利用1961—2013年内蒙古地区102个气象台站的观测数据和NCEP再分析资料,分析了内蒙古地区2013年夏季降水特征和降水异常的成因。结果表明:内蒙古夏季降水的整体特点是雨带偏北,6、7月全区大部降水偏多,8月降水强度、范围减弱、减小。大气环流特征为东亚夏季风强度偏强,西北太平洋副热带高压偏强偏北,北太平洋涛动处于负位相,鄂霍次克海阻塞高压稳定维持。受鄂霍次克海阻塞高压阻挡,西北冷空气在内蒙古东北地区堆积,而西北太平洋的反气旋环流又将水汽源源不断的输送到此地,冷暖气流交汇造成该地区降水极端异常。Using the precipitation observation data of 102 weather stations and the NCEP reanalysis data from 1961 to 2013 in Inner Mongolia, the article analyzed the characteristices of summer precipitation, the distribution characteristics and factor of anomaly precipitation. The results showed that: The rainbelt is partial North, the precipitation is more in most districts in June and July, the rainfall intensity and scope is weakened and decreased in August. Atmospheric circulation characteristics of the East Asian summer monsoon is partial stronger, Northwest Pacific subtropical is stronger and northerly, North Pacific Oscillation is in a negative phase,Sea of Okhotsk blocking high pressure remained stable, By blocking of blocking high at Okhotsk, the cold air accumulation in the Northwest region in Inner Mongolia, which in turn anticyclone Pacific Northwest steady stream of water vapor transported to the place,the intersection of cold and warm air in the region caused by extreme rainfall anomalies.
