摘　　要：通过对同性恋者心理分析得出同性恋婚姻的形成原因,并对其法理可行性进行深入探讨,分析法理在同性恋婚姻中所起的作用,总结出同性恋婚姻的渐进性,并提出同性恋婚姻需要在一个循序渐进的过程中合法化,同性恋婚姻合法化对当代社会具有重要意义。This paper illustrates the factors to the gay marriage through the psychological analysis of the gays and discusses the function of juridical logic with study of legal feasibility. It is presented that the gay marriage will be gradually and progressively legalized, which is of significance to the contemporary society.
