摘 要:针对逆变器非线性误差对异步电机在转子静止条件下参数辨识影响较大的问题,提出基于带直流偏置激励信号的异步电机离线参数辨识方案.在保证电机完全静止的条件下,消除了逆变器非线性误差对定转子电阻和漏感辨识结果的影响,整合优化了一套基于逆变器-电机系统的离线参数自整定程序.该方法的辨识结果在基于无速度传感器的矢量控制变频系统中得到验证,仿真及实验结果验证了该方法原理的正确性和工程应用的有效性.A direct current biased excitation based method was proposed to obtain the parameters of induction motor(IM)aiming at the problem that the inverter non linear characteristic always has a big effect on the induction motor(IM)parameter identification results with rotor at standstill.The inverter nonlinear effect on the offline identification of stator and rotor resistances and leakage inductances was eliminated while keeping the IM at standstill.The ever existing offline parameter identification methods were optimized to propose a series of self-commissioning procedure based on the inverter-motor system.Both simulation and experimental results showed the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method in the industrial applications.
