摘　　要：随着从传统到现代的社会转型,农村人际关系结构发生重组,致使重视伦理、强调血缘、轻视利益的农村传统人际关系,形成利益日益凸显、血缘意识淡化、伦理约束弱化的趋势。但农村人际关系的差序本质和"人情"规则没有根本变化,仍是制约农村人际交往的结构规范。With the social transformation from tradition to modern, the traditional interpersonal structures are recombined, so the blood consciousness and ethical constraint of the countryside traditional relationship tends to weakening, and interests component of it gradually are prominent. However, the nature of differential and the rules of ＂renqing＂ of the countryside interpersonal relationship don＇t change fundamentally, which still is the structural rules of interpersonal interaction.
