摘　　要：目的研究心理危机干预在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月-2013年12月在本院治疗的357例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均根据简明心境量表（POMS）中负性量表评测为存在严重的心理危机感,按照护理干预方法分为对照组（n=170）和观察组（n=187）,对照组采用妇科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理危机干预,比较两组的POMS负性量表评分。结果护理干预前两组POMS各项评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理干预后观察组的POMS负性心理得分有所降低（P〈0.01）,且观察组得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论通过合理有效的心理危机干预,可以有效促进乳腺癌患者配合治疗,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the Application effect of psychological crisis intervention on patients with breast cancer. Methods 357 patients with breast cancer admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected.Based on profile of mood states （POMS）,all patients were evaluated existing serious psychological crisis.According to the nursing intervention was divided into control group （n=170） and observation group （n=187）.Control group was used conventional nursing of department of gynaecology,observation group was given psychological crisis interven- tion on the basis of control group.POMS negative rating scale was compared between two groups. Results Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in POMS scores between two groups （P〉0.05）.After nursing intervention,POMS negative psychological score in the observation group was decreased,and the scores in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable and effective psychological crisis intervention,which can effectively make the patients with breast cancer cooperate with treatment and improve the quality of life.It is worth of clinical promotion.
