家庭支持对异位妊娠患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭支持护理干预在异位妊娠(EP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年12月]2014年2月本院收治的60例EP患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭支持护理干预,采用医院焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)自评量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价两组患者的心理状态和生活质量。结果观察组术后的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后在生理因子、心理因子、环境因子、社会因子以及生活质量总分方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭是EP患者强有力的支持者,家庭支持有利于改善EP患者术后的不良心理,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect family support nursing intervention on the patients with pregnancy surgery （EP）. Methods 60 patients with EP in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was received routine care,while family support was applied to observed group on the basis of control group.SAS,SDS and world health organization quality of life （WHOQOL-BREF） were used to evaluate the psychological status and quality of life in two groups. Results Postoperative SAS,SDS scores of observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Postoperative scores of physiological factors,psychological factors,environmental factors,social factors and quality of life in observation group was statistically significant higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with EP,the family is a strong supporter,and family support will help them to improve the adverse psychological and improve quality of life.
