益肾排石汤治疗尿路结石(湿热下注型)临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾排石汤治疗尿路结石(湿热下注型)的临床疗效。方法:60例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组),观察组给予益肾排石汤中药汤剂治疗,对照组给予肾石通颗粒治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察一个疗程后,两组均取得了较好的效果。A组总有效率为93.3%,B组总有效率为80.0%,A组的疗效好于B组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾排石汤治疗尿路结石疗效可观,是一种安全、方便的治疗尿路结石的方药,值得在临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calcuh（Damp Heat type）. Method： 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group（group A, n=30） and the control group（group B, n=30）, the observation group was given Yishen Paishi Decoction, the control group was given Shenshitong Granules, the effects of two groups were compared.Result： After a course of treatment, two groups had achieved good results.The total effective rate of group A was 93.3%, the total effective rate of group B was 80.0%.The efficacy of group A was better than that of group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Effect of Yishen Paishi Decoction in treatment of urinary calculi is considerable, prescription treatment of urinary calculi is a safe, convenient, it is worth of clinical promotion.
