摘　　要：目的:探讨C反应蛋白与WBC或中性粒细胞增高对感染的诊断价值。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院明确诊断为急性细菌和病毒感染的患者1400例,对比研究1400例患者的C反应蛋白、WBC及中性粒细胞升高状况,分析比较三个指标在感染诊断上的价值。结果:在细菌感染的患者中,C反应蛋白升高者占89.16%,WBC升高占75.52%,中性粒细胞升高占58.22%;病毒感染的患者中C反应蛋白升高者占2.59%,WBC升高者占2.80%,中性粒细胞升高者占6.22%;三项指标联合诊断细菌感染的灵敏度为99.27%,阳性率高于病毒感染阳性率9.50%(55/579),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有一定的辅助诊断价值。结论:C反应蛋白、WBC及中性粒细胞在诊断细菌感染上具有一定意义,将三项指标联合可明显提高诊断的灵敏度,可以为临床确定诊断、指导治疗提供重要的参考。Objective： To investigate the C-reactive protein and WBC or neutrophils increased value in the diagnosis of infection.Method： From June 2011 to June 2013 in Department of internal medicine in our hospital diagnosed as acute bacterial and viral infection in 1200 patients were selected, a comparative study of these 1200 patients with C reactive protein, WBC and neutrophils increased status, analysis and comparison of the three indexes in the diagnosis of infection.Result： In patients with bacterial infections, elevated C reactive protein accounted for 89.16%, WBC increased by 75.52%, increased neutrophils accounted for 58.22%.Vires infection in patients with C reactive protein was 2.59%, WBC was elevated in 2.80% patients, increased neutrophils accounted for 6.22%.Three indicators combined diagnostic sensitivity bacterial infection was 99.27%, positive rate was higher than the positive rate of virus infection 9.50% （55/579）, C reactive protein, WBC and neutrophils increased proportion obvious differences in bacterial and viral infections（P〈0.05）, had a certain diagnostic value.Couclusion： C reactive protein, WBC and neutrophil has a certain significance in the diagnosis of bacterial infection, three indexes of combined can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity, can confirm the diagnosis, treatment and provides important reference for clinical.
