血流变检测在血栓性疾病中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血流变检测在血栓性疾病中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取2012年1月-2014年10月笔者所在医院收治的70例血栓性疾病患者作为观察对象(观察组),同时选择同期70例正常体检患者作为参照对象(对照组),比较两组患者血流变指标。结果:观察组各项血流变指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓性疾病患者血流变指标高于正常人,应注意对高危人群实施早期血流变检测,进一步预防和减少血栓性疾病发生几率。Objective： To observe the application value of the detection of blood rheology in thrombotic disease.Method： 70 cases of thrombotic disease patients were randomly selected in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 as the observation objects（the observation group）.At the same time, the same periods 70 healthy patients were selected as the reference objects（the control group）, the blood rheological index of two groups were compared.Result： The blood rheological indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The blood rheological indexes in patients with thrombotic diseases are higher than those of normal person, therefore it should be paid attention to the implementation of early detection of blood rheology in high-risk population, and further prevent and reduce the probability of occurrence of thrombotic diseases.
