唐山高血压患者的网络管理和社区健康指导

摘　　要：目的:探讨网络管理和社区健康指导对高血压人群干预的效果。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选取在唐山市各大医院健康体检中心体检的300例高血压患者进行健康指导干预(干预组),另选300例高血压患者作为对照(对照组),干预组定期通过网络平台和社区卫生服务站进行个体化干预管理,健康干预三年。结果:经过三年健康指导,干预组高血压人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:网络管理和社区健康指导对高血压患者进行健康教育干预,可积极有效地控制高血压。Objective： To investigate the effect of internet administration and community health guidance on patients with hypertension in Tangshan. Method ： The health examination center of four hospitals were selected by using cluster sampling method to divided into two groups.Three hundreds hypertension cases from the health examination center were screened from two hospitals as the intervention group, anther three hundreds hypertension cases were screened from anther two hospitals as the control group.Regular health education intervention were administered and followed up for 3 years by internet platform and health service station of community in the intervention group.Result： After 3 year health education intervention, the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of intervention group increased significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Health education intervention by Internet administration and community health guidance are effective in improving the control rate of in elderly patients hypertension.
