摘　　要：传统设计与建筑性能化是单线结合的过程,而基于BIM的建筑性能化设计是集合协作的过程。本文以南方某工程水乐园区域为例,从天窗开启率和材质的界定以及室内外温度场的优化等方面介绍了BIM在绿色建筑性能化分析中的作用。理论结合实际,突出强调了BIM在性能化分析中的作用和意义。It is a singlet combination process of traditional design and building performance, but BIM-based design is the process of building performance with collaboration. This article analyzes a water park project which shows the role of BIM in green building performance analysis design including opening rate and material of skylights and majorizalion about indoor-outdoor temperature. The article emphasizes the significance of BIM in performance analysis with theory and practice.
