摘  要:探讨涡流纱无PVA浆纱工艺。对比分析了相同细度的涡流纱与环锭纱成纱指标,探讨了涡流纱的结构特点与上浆要求,以粘胶涡流纱和纯涤涡流纱为例,对其浆料配方和浆纱工艺进行了优选。实践证明:涡流纱上浆应选择渗透性好、黏着力强、浆膜强力适中的浆料,并采用"低黏度、中压力、高车速"的上浆工艺。认为:涡流纱的浆纱成本较低,且利于实现无PVA上浆,有利于提高织机效率。Sizing processing of Vortex spun yarn without PVA was discussed. Yarn indexes of vortex spun yarn and ring spun yarn with same fineness were compared and analyzed. Vortex spun yarn structure property and sizing requirement were discussed. Viscose vortex spun yarn and pure polyester vortex spun yarn were taken as examples. The sizing instruction and sizing processing were optimized. It is proved by practice that size mixture with better penetration property, stronger bonding force,suitable sizing film strength should be chosen for vortex spun yarn sizing. Moreover, sizing processing with lower viscosity, medium pressure and higher speed should be adopted. It is considered that the sizing cost of vortex spun yarn is lower. It is beneficial to the realization of sizing without PVA and the improvement of loom efficiency.
