摘　　要：介绍无PVA上浆推广应用中需要注意的管理细节。以3个典型品种为例,介绍了各品种无PVA上浆中的调浆工艺、上浆工艺及相应的管理措施,通过采取适宜的调浆工艺,优化各品种上浆时的浸透和被覆程度,加强浆液黏度、压浆辊压浆力和浆纱回潮率的细节管理,最终使无PVA上浆品种在效率、质量方面均未受到影响,而且织机效率还有所提升。认为:无PVA上浆切实可行,但在具体生产应用中应加强细节化管理,以达到有效实现环保上浆、节能降耗、提高企业利润的目的。Detail management for the popularization and applieation of sizing without PVA were introduced. Three kinds of typical varieties were taken as examples. Size mixing technology, sizing technology and related management measures of each variety were introduced. The efficiency and quality aspects of sizing without PVA were not affected in the end by adopting suitable size mixing technology,optimizing penetration and coverage of each variety,strengthening details management of sizing viscosity, sizing pressure of squeezing roller and moisture regain of sized yarn. Moreover, the loom efficiency was improved. It is considered that sizing without PVA is feasible. However,detail management should be strengthened to reach the purposes of effectively realizing environ mental protection sizing, energy saving and improving corporate profit.
