摘 要:研究腈氯纶棉混纺织物的撕破性能。测试分析了织物组织、纬纱密度和线密度、退浆方式及柔软剂整理对该类织物撕破性能的影响。结果表明:随着浮长线的增长织物撕破强力增加,与普通斜纹组织相比格子组织更有利于提高织物的撕破强力;纬密小的织物撕破强力较大;酶退浆处理所得织物较碱退浆所得织物的撕破强力大;使用一定浓度的柔软剂对织物整理,有利于提高腈氯纶棉混纺织物的撕破性能。认为:织物组织、纬密、纱线线密度、退浆方式和工艺及柔软剂处理浓度对腈氯纶棉混纺织物的撕破强力都有较明显的影响。The tear property improvement of Modacrylic cotton blended fabric was studied. The influence of fabric texture, weft density and linear density,desizing method and soft finishing to the tear property of the fabric was tested and analyzed. The test results show that fabric tear strength is improved as the increase of floats. Compared with common twill fabric, check texture is more beneficial to the improvement of tear strength. Fabric with smaller weft density has larger tear strength. Tear strength of fabric desized with enzyme is bigger than that desized with alkali. Finishing with softness at certain concentration is good for the improvement of tear strength for Modacrylic cotton blended fabric. It is considered that fabric texture, warp and weft density, yarn linear density, desizing method and processing, concentration of soft finishing significantly influence tear strength of Modacrylic cotton blended fabric.
