摘  要:总结ESPERO-M型络筒机回丝附入问题的解决方法。分析了ESPERO-M型络筒机回丝附入的各项原因。指出:回丝附入与细纱成形不良、管纱脱圈、络筒机械问题、操作问题、电子清纱器参数设置等方面有关。认为:通过采取相应的措施,防止管纱脱圈、正确设置大小吸嘴位置、合理设定电清参数、做好清洁工作、有效控制捻接质量以及相应的设备保养措施,能够降低络筒机回丝附入,达到降低消耗、提高质量的效果。Solving method of ESPERO-M winding machine fiber waste enclosed problem were summarized. Each reason of ESPERO-M winding machine fiber waste enclosed problem was analyzed. It is pointed out that fiber waste enclosed is connected with bad spinning formation, coil slippage of bobbin yarn, mechanical problem and operation problem of winding machine, parameter setting of electronic yarn cleaner and so on. It is considered that fiber waste enclosed of winding machine can be reduced, consumption reduction and quality improvement effects can be obtained by adopting corresponding measure to prevent bobbin yarn coil slippage,correctly set the location of large and small suction nozzle, reasonably set electronic yarn cleaner, well cleaning, effectively controlls splice quality and related equipment maintenance.
