摘 要:探讨两种功能性涤纶与莫代尔混纺纱的生产要点。测试了三种纤维的性能指标,纺制了蜂窝涤纶纤维/竹炭改性涤纶纤维/莫代尔纤维45/30/25 11.8tex混纺赛络纱,并对所纺纱线织片与JC 11.8tex纱织片及J Coolplus/C 60/40 11.8tex混纺纱织片,进行了吸湿速干性以及抗菌性能测试分析对比。结果表明:开发的混纺纱织片吸水性和速干性较优。认为:开发的混纺纱有较优异的吸湿、良好的导湿性,并具有一定的抗菌保健功能。Production key points of two kinds functional polyester and modal blended yarn were discussed. The property indexes of three kinds of fibers were tested. Honeycomb polyester fiber/bamboo charcoal modified polyester fiber/Modal fiber 45/30/25 11.8 tex blended siro yarn was obtained. The water absorption, quick-dry and antibacterial properties ofthe fabric,JC 11.8 tex woven fabric and J Coolplus/C 60/40 11.8 tex blended woven fabric were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the water adsorption and quick dry properties of the fabric were better. It is considered that the developed blended yarn has excellent water adsorption property, well moisture permeability and certain antibacterial property and healthcare function.
