棉织物退浆处理对蓝晒效果的影响

摘　　要：探讨蓝晒工艺应用于天然纤维织物的实际艺术效果。详细介绍了蓝晒工艺应用于棉织物的工艺过程,并探讨了棉织物退浆处理对蓝晒效果的影响。研究表明:蓝晒工艺可应用于棉织物,且具有可控性、创新性、安全性和环保性;与未退浆棉织物相比,退浆棉织物表现出感光速率快、成像边缘清晰、颜色鲜艳的特点。认为:蓝晒工艺在纺织服装领域具有一定的应用前景,可根据织物质地和需要进行艺术创作。Practical artistic effect of cyanotype processing applied on natural fabric was discussed. The technology process of cyanotype process used in cotton fabric was introduced. The influence of cotton fabric desizing treatment on cyanotype was discussed. The study shows that cyanotype process can be used in cotton fabric. It has controllability,innovation, safety and environmental protection property. Compared with cotton fabric without desizing treatment, desized cotton fabric shows properties as faster sensitization speed, clearer imaging edge and brighter color. It is considered that cyanotype process has a certain application prospect in textile and garment field. It can be used for artistic creation according to fabric texture and demand.
