摘 要:雇佣关系是市场经济国家最重要的经济社会关系。互联网经济是21世纪信息经济的核心组成部分,对包括雇佣关系在内的整个社会各个方面都产生了深远的影响。与传统雇佣关系不同,互联网时代的雇佣关系在雇员、雇主、国家、劳动力市场和契约等五个方面都发生了诸多新的变化。这些新变化对传统劳动关系管理模式构成了亟待解决的新挑战。如何应对互联网雇佣关系新变化带来的挑战,不仅对雇主如何处理与员工之间的关系是一个难题,对政府如何转变劳动关系治理模式也是一个难题。Employment relationship is the most important economic and social relation in the marlret economy countries. The Intemet Economy is the core part of the information economy in the 21st century, which leads to many profound impacts in all aspects of our society, including employment relations. The employment relationship of the Intemet Era is very differnt from the traditional employment relationship. Many new changes have taken place, including five aspects, such as employee, employer, state, labor market, and contract. These new changes created many new challenges to the traditional labor relations management model, which demand prompt solutions. How to solve the challenges of the employment relations in the Intemet Age, is not only a very complicated problem to deal with the relations between the employees and employers, but also a troublesome job to change labor relations management model for the government.
