摘　　要：中亚地区是打通丝绸之路经济带的必经之地,但中亚国家经济基础薄弱、市场不很成熟规范、社会波动起伏较大,中国企业在中亚的投资建设、贸易往来,在成本收益、投资安全上面临较大的不确定性。实施丝绸之路经济带战略,加强与中亚国家的投资经贸合作,应树立市场风险防范意识,提前做好沿线国投资环境和市场风险评估,建立风险规避机制,保持合理的目标预期与推进节奏,建立必要的海外保障体系。Central Asia serves as a key transit route for ＂the Silk Road Economic Belt＂ .Yet due to the weak economic bases, immature markets and fluctuating social situations of the Central Asian countries, the investment, construction and trade of the Chinese enterprises in the region face a huge amount of uncertainty in the aspects of cost benefit as well as investment safety. To implement the initative of ＂the Silk Road Economic Belt＂ and strengthen the economic and trade cooperation with the Central Asian countries, we shall foster an acute awareness of risks, conduct investment environment and market risks of the countries along the Belt beforehand, and establish risk aversion mechanisms. At the same time, it is also of great importance to maintain rational expectations and step-by-step progress on the basis of an overseas working support system.
