摘　　要：鉴于当前政府面向网络舆情缺乏有效知识管理的现状,本文在研究面向网络舆情政府知识分类和基于政府工作流程的知识结构的基础之上,提出了面向网络舆情政府知识集成的方法,旨在通过优化面向网络舆情的政府知识体系,改善政府知识管理水平从而提升政府应对网络舆情的能力。Considering the situation of government for the lack of effective knowledge management on online public opinion,knowledge classification and knowledge structure based on the work flow of the government dealing with online opinion are firstly studied,then a method of knowledge integration is put forward.The paper aims to help government to find a way of improving the goverment＇s ability to deal with onlinepublic opinion by optimizing the government knowledge system and improving the government knowledgemanagement level.
