基于粗糙集与模糊综合评价的数据库信息资源质量评价研究

摘　　要：文章为构建数据库信息资源质量评价指标,以CNKI数据库为研究对象,运用粗糙集理论和模糊综合评价理论对CNKI数据库信息资源内容质量进行评价。结果表明数据库信息资源内容质量的完整性与权威性比重较大,"期刊论文的平均被引频次"和"文献资源的数量"是两个重要的评价指标,而用户对于CNKI数据库信息资源质量的总体评价则较为一般,并在此基础上对数据库信息资源建设提出相关建议。The aim of this paper is to build a database information resources quality evaluation index.Based on CNKI database as the research object, this paper used rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation theory to evaluate the resource information database in CNKI. The results show that the integrity and authority take a larger proportion of quality of the information resource content database, ＂Journalof average cited frequency＂ and the number of ＂resources＂ are two important evaluation indexes. And theoverall evaluation of the user on CNKI database information resource quality are not quite pleased. Relevant suggestions are given on the constructions of resources of the database.
