摘 要:阐述了粉煤灰精细化利用的重要性,介绍了粉煤灰的化学组成及矿物组成,得出了粉煤灰提取氧化铝联产二氧化硅的潜在价值及存在的问题。回顾了国内外在粉煤灰提取氧化铝联产二氧化硅方面的综合利用情况。介绍了粉煤灰提取氧化铝联产二氧化硅的3种主要提取方法(酸法、碱法、酸碱联合法)及研发情况,并探讨了各种提取方法的优缺点。在此基础上,指出了目前中国实现粉煤灰提取氧化铝联产二氧化硅工业化生产的不足,并对未来的研究发展方向做了展望。The significance of further utilization of fly ash was elaborated.The potential values and issues of extracting alumina and silica from fly ash were reached by introducing chemical and mineral compositions of fly ash.The status of comprehensive utilization of extracting alumina and silica from fly ash at home and abroad was reviewed.Three main extraction methods for extracting alumina and silica from fly ash (acid process, alkaline process and combination of acid and alkaline process) and their conditions of research and development were introduced ,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed in detail.On the basis of that, the shortages of industrial production and research direction of extracting alumina and silica from fly ash were pointed out and the trends of research and development in future were also prospected.
