摘 要:采用等温蒸发结晶、分步分离的方法,参考25、35℃下Na+,K+,Mg2+∥Cl-,SO42--H2O五元水盐体系介稳溶解度相图,研究了不同组成硫酸盐型卤水27℃等温蒸发实验。通过对卤水蒸发过程中液固相的化学分析和物相分析,得到了不同组成卤水蒸发析出钾盐镁矾的结晶路线,以及各种组成卤水的成盐类型和析盐规律。探讨了27℃该五元水盐体系部分相区较35℃时发生的变化,绘制出27℃下Na+,K+,Mg2+∥Cl-,SO42--H2O五元水盐体系中钾盐镁矾的结晶区域。Different composition isothermal evaporation experiments of sulfate-type brine at 27℃ were conducted through isothermal evaporation crystallization and fractional separation, according to the mesostable equilibriums of Na^+, K^+, Mg^2+// Cl^-, SO4^2--H2O system at 25℃ and 35 ℃.The crystallization routes the brines with different compositions, as well as the salt types and salting-out laws of each brine were determined by the chemical and phase analysis on liquid and solid phases in the evaporation process.The partial phase region changes of the five-membered salt system were compared at 27℃ and 35℃, and the crystalline regions of kainite was depicted in Na^+, K^+, Mg^2+//Cl^-, SO4^2-H2O system at 27 ℃.
