摘  要:硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中主要产生的危险废弃物为酸解泥渣。酸解泥渣属于《国家危险废物目录》中规定的HW34类危险废弃物,主要危险特性为腐蚀性和毒性。按照危险废弃物鉴别标准,对酸解泥渣的危险特性鉴别表明,该渣p H<2时具有腐蚀性,Cr、Cu、Zn等因子的浸出毒性和毒性含量均低于鉴别标准要求,因此该渣不具备毒性。采用水洗处理后,水洗渣的p H在9.5左右,不再具有危险特性,可作为一般固体废弃物实现安全处置或综合利用。Waste residue of acid hydrolysis is a main hazardous waste in the manufacturing process of titanium white.It belongs to the hazardous waste of HW34 as specified in the National Hazardous Waste Catalog.Its main risk characteristics were corrosiveness and toxicity,which were identified according to the criteria of identification for hazardous waste.The identification results showed it had corrosiveness when pH〈2,and the leaching toxicity and contents of Cr, Cu,and Zn etc. were all lower than the requirements of identification Criteria.Therefore, it had not toxicity,So after washing, the pH of residue was about 9.5 and it no longer had dangerous characteristics, and it can be used as a general solid waste to achieve safe disposal and comprehensive utilization.
