摘　　要：自李东垣提出"阴火"概念以来,后世对于"阴火学说"的本质一直存在争论。认为阴火是以脾胃气虚为基础的邪火,其病位广泛涉及五脏六腑,与血虚发热、阴虚火旺、食积发热等均有本质上的区别。Since LI Dongyuan put forward the concept of ＂Yin-Fire＂, the later generations have been arguing about the essence of ＂Yin-Fire theory＂. This paper holds that Yin-Fire is pathogenic fire based on Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. Its disease locations are widely involving in the viscera. There is substantial difference between Yin-Fire and fever caused by blood deficiency, fire excess from Yin deficiency, as well as fever caused by indigestion.
