心律康宁丸治疗缓慢型心律失常60例

摘　　要：目的:观察心律康宁丸治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取缓慢型心律失常患者120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例。治疗组给予心律康宁丸治疗,对照组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇片治疗。结果:治疗组主要临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后24小时动态心电图比较,治疗组总心搏数、平均心率、最慢心率及最快心率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肝功能、肾功能及电解质指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心律康宁丸治疗缓慢型心律失常疗效明显优于硫酸沙丁胺醇片,未发现明显的毒副作用和不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Heart Rhythm Kangning Pill（ HRKNP） on slow arrhythmia. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with slow arrhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given HRKNP,while the ones in the treatment group were given salbutamol sulfate Tablet. Results： The major clinical symptom improvement of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. In terms of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram after the treatment,the total number of cardiac heart rate,average heart rate,the slowest and the fastest heart rate of the treatment group were all better than those of the control grou5te tablet with no obvious poisonous side effects and adverse reactions.
