护心胶囊联合丹栀逍遥胶囊治疗女性冠心病合并抑郁症34例

摘　　要：目的:观察护心胶囊联合丹栀逍遥胶囊治疗女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将67例冠心病合并抑郁症女性患者随机分为对照组33例和治疗组34例,两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组另给予黛力新治疗,治疗组另给予护心胶囊联合丹栀逍遥胶囊治疗。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组HAMD评分优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组hs CRP水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05);结论:护心胶囊联合丹栀逍遥胶囊治疗女性冠心病合并抑郁症疗效明显,能显著降低hs CRP水平,减少心绞痛发生率。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsule for Protecting Heart（ CPH） in combination with Danzhi Xiaoyao Capsule（ DZXYC） on female coronary artery disease combined with depression. Methods： Sixty-seven patients with female coronary artery disease combined with depression were randomly divided into the control group with 33 cases and the treatment group with 34 cases. The patients in both groups were given regular symptomatic treatment; The ones in the control group were added Deanxit,while the ones in the treatment group were added CPH in combination with DZXYC. Results： After 4 weeks＇ treatment,HAMD score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）; hs CRP of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; Angina pectoris and ECG effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; The adverse reaction incidence of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CPH in combination with DZXYC has significant curative effect,and can greatly reduce hs CRP level and angina pectoris incidence.
