星蒌通腑汤治疗急性缺血性中风痰热腑实证30例

摘　　要：目的:观察星蒌通腑汤治疗急性缺血性中风痰热腑实证的临床疗效。方法:选取急性缺血性中风痰热腑实证患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组入院后给予常规治疗,即采取溶栓、抗脑水肿降低颅内压、降纤、抗凝或抗血小板抑制剂、脑保护剂及对症处理;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用星蒌通腑汤治疗。结果:治疗组入院后第7天、第21天的NIHSS评分较入院时均明显减少,治疗组治疗入院后第7天、第21天的NIHSS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者入院后第90天BI评分情况比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:星蒌通腑汤治疗急性缺血性中风痰热腑实证疗效显著,可明显促进患者神经功能恢复,显著改善患者预后,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xing Lou Tong Fu Decoction（ XLTFT） on phlegm-heat and fu-excess syndrome of acute ischemic stroke. Methods： Sixty patients with phlegm-heat and fu-excess syndrome of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,including dissolving thrombus,cerebral edema in intracranial pressure,reducing fiber,anticoagulation or platelet inhibitor and cerebral protective agents and symptomatic treatment,while the ones in treatment group were also given XLTFT based on the treatment of the control group. Results： NIHSS score on the 7th day and 21 st day after treatment was significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0.05）. On the 90 th day after treatment,in terms of BI,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： XLTFT has obvious clinical curative effect on phlegm-heat and fu-excess syndrome of acute ischemic stroke,and can significantly promote the recovery of neural function of patients,improve the prediction of their disease course and results,and the quality of life.
