摘　　要：在中医的整体观念及辨证论治的指导下,针灸疗法在传统中医疗法康复治疗脑瘫的过程中有较好的效果,在目前治疗中是较理想的方法。但传统中医学对脑瘫诊断标准和疗效评估标准等方面尚未有统一的制定,阻碍了对脑瘫的进一步研究。应利用现代技术,采用科学的方法,对针灸治疗小儿脑瘫进行临床研究和实验研究,探索出疗效确切,可行性强的统一的、规范化的、易于推广的针刺诊疗标准和疗效评价体系。With the guidance of TCM concept of holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment,acupuncture is proved to be of good efficacy in the traditional TCM rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy and is a relatively ideal therapy in current situation.However,the TCM diagnostic standards and evaluation standards of the efficacy have not been uniformly formulated,which hinder further research of cerebral palsy. With modern technology and scientific methods,the clinical and experimental research on the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy by acupuncture have been conducted. And a set of diagnostic standards and evaluation standards of the efficacy have been formulated with the characteristics of exact efficacy,high feasibility,unification and standardization,as well as easy marketing application.
