穴位注射联合清金化痰汤加减治疗肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病35例

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射联合清金化痰汤加减治疗肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位注射联合清金化痰汤加减治疗,结果:治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的Pa O2、Pa CO2的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的FVC、FEV1/预计值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射联合清金化痰汤加减治疗肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病能够明显减轻患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,临床疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of point injection in combination with Modified Decoction for Clearing Away Lung Heat and Dissolving Phlegm（ MDCALHDP） on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 35 cases and the control group with 30 cases. The patients in both groups were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were also added point injection in combination with MDCALHDP. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 29%,while that of the control group was80. 00%; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The improvement condition of Pa O2 and Pa CO2 in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The expected values of FVC and FEV1 in the treatment group were obviously higher than that of the control group;And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Point injection in combination with MDCALHDP has satisfactory clinical curative effect on acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by greatly reducing patients＇ clinical symptoms and improving their lung functions.
