固本生血汤治疗肾性贫血38例

摘　　要：目的:观察固本生血汤治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取肾性贫血患者76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,治疗组另给予中药固本生血汤治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组HC、RBC、HCT、Bun、Scr水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候评分、证候疗效、临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固本生血汤治疗肾性贫血临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Guben Shengxue Decoction（ GBSXD） on renal anemia. Methods：Seventy-six patients with renal anemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given basic treatment,and the ones in the treatment group were added GBSXD. Results：After the treatment,HC level,RBC level,HCT level,Bun level and Scr level of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. TCM symptom score and curative rate and clinical curative rate of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： GBSXD is clinically effective in treating renal anemia.
