固本壮骨胶囊与仙灵密骨颗粒治疗原发性骨质疏松症60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察固本壮骨胶囊与仙灵密骨颗粒两种药物治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将120例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为固本壮骨胶囊组和仙灵密骨颗粒组,每组60例。固本壮骨胶囊组给予固本壮骨胶囊治疗,仙灵密骨颗粒组给予仙灵密骨颗粒治疗。结果:固本壮骨胶囊组在改善患者腰膝酸软和头目眩晕症状以及提高病人腰椎(L2-4)骨密度方面明显优于仙灵密骨颗粒组(P<0.05)。结论:固本壮骨胶囊与仙灵密骨颗粒都可用于治疗原发性骨质疏松症,固本壮骨胶囊具有更好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules and Xianling Bone-Densifying Granules on primary osteoporosis. Methods： 120 cases with primary osteoporosis were randomized into Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules group（ 60 cases） given Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules and Xianling Bone-Densifying Granules group（ 60 cases） given Xianling Bone-Densifying Granules. Results： Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules have better effects than Xianling Bone-Densifying Granules in improving the symptoms of sour and soft waist and knees and dizziness as well as the increasing the bone mineral density of L2-4（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Both Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules and Xianling Bone-Densifying Granules can be used to treat primary osteoporosis,and Constitution-Consolidating and Bone-Strengthening Capsules has better therapeutic effects.
