温针齐刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎35例

摘　　要：目的:观察温针齐刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组采用温针齐刺治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。治疗后比较两组临床疗效,并分别于第1次治疗前、第1次治疗后和2个疗程后测定疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以评价患者疼痛程度。结果:治疗组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为82.9%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);第1次治疗后,治疗组VAS评分与治疗前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组VAS评分与治疗前比较改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2个疗程后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义((P<0.01),治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义((P<0.01)。结论:温针齐刺可有效治疗肱骨外上髁炎患者疼痛。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of simultaneous acupuncture with warmed needle on external humeral epicondylitis. Methods： Seventy patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with simultaneous acupuncture with warmed needle,while the ones in the control group were only given acupuncture. Then the clinical curative effects of both groups after the treatment were compared; The pain VAS was measured before the first treatment,after the treatment and after two courses respectively to judge patients＇ pain degree. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 3%,while that of the control group was 82. 9%,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〉0. 05）. After the first treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was greatly reduced compared with before the treatment,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 01）. While the VAS score of the control group was not greatly improved compared with before the treatment,and the difference between them had no statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. After the two courses of treatment,the VAS score in both groups greatly reduced compared with before the treatment,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 01）.The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Simultaneous acupuncture with warmed needle can effectively ease the pain of patients with external humeral epicondylitis.
