针灸推拿配合微波治疗增生性膝关节炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸推拿配合微波治疗增生性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取增生性膝关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予针灸推拿配合微波治疗,对照组给予膝关节腔内药物注射治疗。结果:对照组有效率为73.4%,治疗组有效率为96.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为10.0%,对照组复发率为40.0%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿配合微波治疗增生性膝关节炎临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture,massage and microwave treatment on hyperplastic knee arthritis. Methods： 60 cases with hyperplastic knee arthritis were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group were given acupuncture,massage and microwave treatment while control group given drug injection into the knee articular cavity. Results： The effective rate of treatment group（ 96. 7%） was better than that of control group（ 73. 4%）（ P 〈0. 05）. The relapse rate of treatment group（ 10. 0%） was lower than that of control group（ 40. 0%）（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture,massage and microwave treatment has remarkable effect on hyperplastic knee arthritis.
