经筋推拿配合正骨疗法治疗青少年脊柱侧弯42例

摘　　要：目的:观察经筋推拿配合正骨治疗青少年脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法:将84例青少年脊柱侧弯患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各42例。治疗组应用经筋推拿配合正骨治疗,对照组采取支具矫形治疗,观察3疗程,记录治疗前后脊柱侧弯Cobb.s角的变化并评定疗效。结果:两组治疗前脊柱侧弯Cobb.s角比较均无显著性差异(P>0.01),治疗后治疗组与对照组在脊柱侧弯Cobb.s角比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为73.80%,治疗组有效率为95.23%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经筋推拿配合正骨治疗青少年脊柱侧弯有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of musculature massage in combination with bone-setting therapy on adolescent scoliosis. Methods： Eighty-four patients with adolescent scoliosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given musculature massage in combination with bone-setting therapy,while the ones in the control group were given standing tool orthotherapy. Results： After the treatment,scoliosis Cobb. s angle changes of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 2%,while that of the control group was 73. 8%; The treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Musculature massage in combination with bone-setting therapy has very good clinical curative effect on adolescent scoliosis.
