摘　　要：目的:观察分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的长期疗效。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者272例,共随访病例87例,其中分期治疗组57例,对照组30例。分期治疗组按照急性炎症期、亚急性期及慢性粘连期三期予以分期治疗,对照组给予健康教育及药物对症治疗。结果:分期治疗组治疗后和2a后随访患侧下肢主被动抬高度数、VAS评分、SF-MPQ评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,能明显改善患者的疼痛、患侧下肢主被动直腿抬高度数,长期疗效满意。Objective： To observe the long-term effects of staging treatment on lumber disc herniation（ LDH）. Methods： 272 cases with LDH were selected and 87 cases were conducted follow up. Among them,57 cases with staging treatment were in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. Staging treatment group were conducted staging treatment according to acute inflammation stage,subacute stage and chronic adhersion stage; control group were given health education and symptomatic treatment with drugs. Results： After staging treatment,the scores of the positive and passive lifting degree of the affected lower limb,VAS and SFMPQ scores in treatment group were all better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Staging treatment has remarkable effect on LDH,which can significantly relieve the pain,improve the the positive and passive lifting degree of the affected lower limb and thus achieve satisfactory long-term efficacy.
