摘　　要：中医治疗排卵障碍辨证论治、因人而异,显示出了其独特的疗效和优势,可以有效避免卵巢过度刺激综合征和未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的发生,既对症治疗,又综合调理身体。本文就近年来中医治疗排卵障碍的临床研究进展作一综述,为进一步探讨中医治疗排卵障碍的理想方案奠定理论基础。TCM has unique curative effects and advantages in treating ovulation disorder by using therapy with syndrome differentiation,can avoid the occurrence of ovary excessive stimulation syndrome and luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,which gives patients not only symptomatic treatment,but also comprehensive physical nursing. This article reviews recent progress in clinical study of TCM for treatment of ovulation disorder and will provide theoretical foundation for probing into ideal therapy in treating ovulation disorder with TCM.
