中药控释药条联合清胃散颗粒治疗急性牙髓炎103例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药控释药条联合清胃散颗粒治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性牙髓炎患者200例,随机分为对照组97例和观察组103例。对照组给予清胃散颗粒口服联合常规根管治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药控释药条治疗。结果:两组近期疗效比较,观察组有效率为95.15%,对照组有效率为79.38%,观察组近期疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组远期疗效比较,观察组有效率为95.15%,对照组有效率为90.72%,观察组远期疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者止痛起效时间和维持时间分别为(50.41±4.81)min和(155.16±11.93)h,对照组分别为(160.26±9.37)min和(66.94±5.82)h,观察组起效时间、维持时间均优于对照组对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药控释药条联合清胃散颗粒治疗急性牙髓炎近期和远期疗效显著,止痛起效更快,维持时间更长,且药条可一次性制备,随用随取,使用方便。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of control-release traditional Chinese medicinal cone in Combination with Powder for Clearing Away Stomach-heat on acute pulpitis. Methods： Two hundred patients with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into the control group with 97 cases and the observation group with 103 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with Powder for Clearing Away Stomach-heat for oral administration together with conventional root canal therapy. The ones in the observation group were added control-release traditional Chinese medicinal cone based on the treatment of the control group.Results： In terms of immediate-term effect,the effective rate of the observation group was 95. 15%,while that of the control group was 79. 38%; And the observation group was higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. In terms of long-term effect,the effective rate of the observation group was 95. 15%,while that of the control group was 90. 72%; And the observation group was higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The analgesic onset time and duration of the observation group were（ 50. 41 ± 4. 81） minutes and（ 155. 16 11. 93） hours respectively. The analgesic onset time and duration of the control group were（ 160. 26 ± 9. 37） minutes and（ 66. 94 5. 82） hours respectively. And the observation group were better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Control-release traditional Chinese medicinal cone in combination with Powder for Clearing Away Stomach-heat has very good immediate-term and long-term effect with quick onset time and long duration. Besides,medicinal cone can be prepared at one time for use at any time with great convenience.
