桂附地黄汤加味治疗痰凝型寻常痤疮51例

摘　　要：目的:观察桂附地黄汤加味治疗痰凝型寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将102例痰凝型寻常痤疮患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各51例。治疗组给予桂附地黄汤加味治疗,对照组给予当归苦参丸内服配合莫匹罗星软膏外涂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.27%,对照组有效率为54.90%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:桂附地黄汤加味治疗痰凝型寻常痤疮疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Guifu Dihuang Decoction on acne vulgaris of phlegm coagulation pattern. Methods： 102 cases with acne vulgaris of phlegm coagulation pattern were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 51 cases in each group. Treatment group were given Supplemented Guifu Dihuang Decoction and control group were gven Danggui Kushen Pill combined with Mupirocin Ointment. Results： The effective rate was 86. 27% in treatment group and54. 90% in control group; the treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The TCM symptoms score in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The difference of the adverse reaction rate between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Guifu Dihuang Decoction has remarkable effect on acne vulgaris of phlegm coagulation pattern.
