坐位提拉旋转复位手法配合颈椎牵引治疗寰枢关节紊乱所致颈心综合征40例

摘　　要：目的:观察坐位提拉旋转手法复位配合颈椎牵引治疗寰枢关节紊乱所致颈心综合征的疗效。方法:选取寰枢关节紊乱患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组A和对照组B,每组40例。观察组给予坐位提拉旋转手法复位配合颈椎牵引治疗,对照组A给予复方丹参滴丸口服治疗,对照组B给予颈椎牵引治疗。结果:对照组A、对照组B治疗后颈椎活动度、SF-36生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后左旋、右旋、前屈、后伸、左侧屈和右侧屈六个方面的颈椎活动度改善情况均优于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SF-36生存质量评分优于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。结论:坐位提拉旋转复位手法配合颈椎牵引治疗寰枢关节紊乱所致颈心综合征疗效显著,能够明显提高患者颈椎活动度,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of simple sitting position lift rotational reduction in combination with cervical traction on carotid-cardiac syndrome due to atlanto disorder. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with atlanto disorder were divided into the observation group,the control group A and the control group B according to random numbers,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with simple sitting position lift rotational reduction in combination with cervical traction; The ones in the control group A were treated with compound danshen dripping pill for oral administration; The ones in the control group B were treated with cervical traction. Results： After the treatment,the differences in the neck movement and SF-36 survival quality score between had no statistical meaning（ P 〉0. 05）. After the treatment,the six improved neck movement of the observation group including left rotation,right rotation,anteflexion,back extension,left-side flexion and right-side flexion were all better than those of the control group A and the control group B（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,SF-36 survival quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group A and the control group B（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Simple sitting position lift rotational reduction in combination with cervical traction has good curative effect on carotidcardiac syndrome due to atlanto disorder,and can improve neck movement and patients＇ life quality.
