枕骨下缘穴位点按法配合牵引治疗颈性头痛

摘　　要：颈性头痛主要累及枕大、枕小神经和耳大神经及伴行血管等组织,这些神经血管行走于颈枕肌肉之间,易受枕后腱弓内组织炎症刺激或挛缩肌肉压迫,产生疼痛症状。颈性头痛主要累及枕大、枕小神经和耳大神经及伴行血管等组织,这些神经血管行走于颈枕肌肉之间,易受枕后腱弓内组织炎症刺激或挛缩肌肉压迫,产生疼痛症状。枕骨下缘穴位点按法配合牵引治疗颈性头痛,作用相辅相成,提高了疗效,能缩短治疗时间和治疗周期。Cervicogenic headache mainly involves greater and lesser occipital nerve,great auricular nerve and concomitant vessel,etc. These nerves go between the occipitocervical muscles and are easily stimulated by the tissue inflammation of the postoccipital tendinous arch or pressed by muscle contracture and thus pain appears. The complementary action of acupoint pressing at inferior margin of occipital bone and traction improve the efficacy and shorten the treatment time and treatment cycle.
