摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩治疗脊髓损伤性癃闭的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予一般健康教育、功能锻炼、心理干预等综合性护理干预,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予穴位按摩治疗。结果:治疗组治疗疗效优于对照组,生活质量明显提高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩能够有效改善脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能状况,可提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of point massage on infirmity of closed spinal cord injury. Methods： Ninety-six patients with infirmity of closed spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given comprehensive nursing such as health education,function practice,psychological intervention,etc.,while the ones in the treatment group were also given point massage on the basis treatment of the control group. Results： The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; Their life quality has been greatly improved; And there were obvious differences between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Point massage can greatly improve the bladder functional state of the patients with infirmity of closed spinal cord injury,and their quality life.
