摘　　要：冠状动脉造影术(coronary angiography,CAG)术前根据中医辨证,分型护理,同时加强与患者的沟通,进行心理教育,做好手术前的各种准备;术中严密监测患者的生命体征变化,配合手术顺利进行;术后进行细心观察,针对不同证型患者给予不同生活指导,通过及时、精心、周到的护理干预,减少并发症发生。Before coronary angiography（ CAG）,all kinds of preparation should be done well,including TCM tying nursing with syndrome differentiation,communication with patients,psychological education,etc. During CAG,patients ＇life sign changes should be closely monitored to cooperate with the operation smoothly. After CAG,through observation,different types of patients should be given different life guidance,timely,meticulous and thoughtful care intervention to reduce complications.
