摘  要:采用先酯化后聚合的方法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸高级酯。分析了酸醇物质的量比,催化剂和阻聚剂用量等影响酯化反应的主要因素,并探究了在石蜡基基础油中聚甲基丙烯酸高级酯的降凝效果。结果表明,当酸醇物质的量比为2.0,对甲苯磺酸的质量分数为1.2%,对苯二酚的质量分数为0.7%,酯化反应进行比较完全;在合成的聚甲基丙酸高级酯中,聚甲基丙烯十六酯对润滑油基础油的降凝效果最好,且加入量质量分数为0.6%较合适。Polymethyl methyl-acrylate was synthesized by the method of esterification and subsequent polymer- ization. Some main factors that influence the esterification reaction were analyzed, such as the molar rate of acid and alcohol, amount of catalyst and inhibitor. The coagulation depressing effect of polymethyl methyl-ac- rylate was explored in the paraffin wax base oil. The results showed that the esterification reaction proceeded competely with the following conditions : the molar rate of acid and alcohol is 2.0, the amount of p-methy ben- zene acid is 1.2% and the amount of hydroquinol is 0.7%. In the synthesized polymethyl methyl-acrylate, polymethyl methacrylate ester-16 exhibited the best coagulation depressing effect to lubricant base oil with an appropriate addition whose proportion is 0.6 %.
